BSIMSOI 4.2 is being officially released on September 22, 2009. Please visit Get Latest Version to download all source code, QA test results and release materials.

BSIMSOI Official Release History

These are the official versions of BSIMSOI that have been
released by BSIM Research Group at UC Berkeley:

A. BSIMSOI 3.0 released in May, 2002

B. BSIMSOI 3.1 released in February, 2003

C. BSIMSOI 3.1.1 released on 04/20/2003

D. BSIMSOI 3.2 released on 02/24/2004

E. BSIMSOI 4.0 released on 11/30/2005

F. BSIMSOI 4.1 released on 03/19/2009

F. BSIMSOI 4.2 released on 09/22/2009



All these releases are put on this site on the release dates for all to access.
