Dear BSIMSOI Users,
 
Thank you for your support for the BSIMSOI models. We are releasing BSIMSOIv4.2
today (Sept 22, 2009).

In BSIMSOIv4.2 the source code was extensively revised, followed by required changes made to the code through close interaction with several CMC member companies. 

Although some areas of code implementation still need attention, such as the charge derivatives, we believe the modfications implemented in v4.2 will greatly benefit the users.

Compared with BSIMSOI4.1, no new features are added in this version.

Bug fixes:

The bug fix and other corrections list is extensive for v4.2. Please refer to the link 'Bugfixes List' at the following URL for bug fix descriptions.
