These are the only versions of BSIM3v3 that have been
released by BSIM Research Group at UC Berkeley:
A. BSIM3v3.0 released on 10/30/95
B. BSIM3v3.1 released on 12/9/96
C. BSIM3v3.2 released on 6/16/98
D. BSIM3v3.3 released on 7/29/05

All these releases are put on this site on the release dates for all to access.
No advance copy is released to any entity.

The Compact Model Council (CMC) is affiliated with the Electronics Industries Alliance (EIA) and is monitoring and promoting BSIM3v3 development as a standard compact model for the industry. At CMC web site, one can find a list of corporate members. New members are welcome.

The latest version (BSIM3v3.1) has been implemented in Berkeley SPICE 3f5. Please contact software@eecs.berkeley.edu to obtain a copy.
