Dear BSIM Users,

We released the BSIM3v3.2.1 and BSIM3v3.2.2 code on April 20, 1999.
They contain only minor modifications to clarify the model version
number parameter and fix bugs in BSIM3v3.2 which was released on June 
16, 1998. The modifications are based on the dicussions at the 12/98 
and 3/99 Compact Model Council meetings:

. Add model version number checking. If the version number specified
  in the model card is different from the default value, a warning
  message is given.

. BSIM3v3.2.1 uses a bias-dependent Vfb for the capacitance models
  capMod = 1 and 2.
  BSIM3v3.2.2 uses a bias-independent Vfb for the capacitance models
  capMod = 1 and 2.

. Known bugs fixed (see the bug list at 
  http://www-device.eecs.berkeley.edu/~bsim3).

The source code, user's manual, list of the bug fixes and the model
test results can be found at the same web site. Your feedback is always
