YOU ARE INVITED to visit the Berkeley Predictive Technology Model website BPTM where you may download customized BSIM model cards and interconnect models for 0.18um, 0.13um, 0.1um, (0.07um to come in 2001) CMOS technologies for exploratory circuit simulation.
XAMPLE of model card and SPICE circuit netlists listed below are for users to compare their simulation results with ours. Files for both BSIM3v3.1 and BSIM3v3 are included.
