C. BSIM4.2.0 released on 04/06/2001

D. BSIM4.2.1 released on 10/05/2001

E. BSIM4.3.0 released on 05/09/2003

F. BSIM4.4.0 released on 03/04/2004

G. BSIM4.5.0 released on 07/29/2005

H. BSIM4.6.0 released on 12/13/2006

I. BSIM4.6.1 released on 05/18/2007


All these releases are put on this site on the release dates for all to access.
No advance copy is released to any entity.
