Dear BSIM3 users, Many users want to confirm whether their BSIM3v3 implementation produce identical results as the BSIM3v3.95.1 (current standard code). For that purpose, we are putting 14 test circuits and the output files on our FTP site. For your convenience of the code test, we also put on the FTP site a new 9nm/0.35um technology model card example. Some explanation of the 14 test circuit files are given in the following: Test circuit 1: Id-Vd characteristics at Vbs=0V for different Vgs (0-3.5V) for NMOSFET (at 27 degree C) Test circuit 2: Id-Vd characteristics at Vbs=0V for different Vgs (0-3.5V) for NMOSFET (at -55 degree C) Test circuit 3: Id-Vd characteristics at Vbs=0V for different Vgs (0-3.5V) for NMOSFET (at 100 degree C) Test circuit 4: Id-Vg characteristics at Vbs=0V for different Vds (0.01-3.01V) for NMOSFET (at 27 degree C) Test circuit 5: Id-Vg characteristics at Vds=0.1V for different Vbs (-3-0V) for NMOSFET (at 27 degree C) Test circuit 6: Id-Vg characteristics at Vds=0.1V for different Vbs (-3-0V) for NMOSFET (at -55 degree C) Test circuit 7: Id-Vg characteristics at Vds=0.1V for different Vbs (-3-0V) for NMOSFET (at 100 degree C) Test circuit 8: Id-Vd characteristics at Vbs=0V for different Vgs (-3.5-0V) for PMOSFET (at 27 degree C) Test circuit 9: Id-Vd characteristics at Vbs=0V for different Vgs (-3.5-0V) for PMOSFET (at -55 degree C) Test circuit 10: Id-Vd characteristics at Vbs=0V for different Vgs (-3.5-0V) for PMOSFET (at 100 degree C) Test circuit 11: Id-Vg characteristics at Vbs=0V for different Vds (-0.01--3.01V) for PMOSFET (at 27 degree C) Test circuit 12: Id-Vg characteristics at Vds=-0.1V for different Vbs (0-3V) for PMOSFET (at 27 degree C) Test circuit 13: Id-Vg characteristics at Vds=-0.1V for different Vbs (0-3V) for PMOSFET (at -55 degree C) Test circuit 14: Id-Vg characteristics at Vds=-0.1V for different Vbs (0-3V) for PMOSFET (at 100 degree C) ============================================================== INSTRUCTIONS of FTP BSIM3V3 FILES: 1. ftp rely.eecs.berkeley.edu or ftp 128.32.156.10 2. login in as "anonymous" 3.
