Dear BSIM Users,
 
Thank you for your support of the BSIM models. We are releasing BSIM4.6.3 today (Sep., 19, 2008).
The only change in BSIM4.6.3 compared with BSIM4.6.2 is the addition of a missing term (3.9/epsrox) in line 1244
of b4temp.c file.
The corrected line is:
pParam->BSIM4litl = sqrt(3.0 * 3.9 / epsrox * pParam->BSIM4xj * toxe)
