Thank you for your support of the BSIM models. We're releasing
the BSIM4.1.0 model today.

The improvements of BSIM4.1.0 are bug fixes and an analytical
equation for the model parameter PIGCD when it is not specified,
relative to BSIM4.0.0, which was released in March 2000. These
improvents were discussed and approved at the June and October
Compact Model Councial Meetings (CMC) of the year 2000.

The BSIM4.1.0 source code, test results, list of bugs and fixes,
and the model documentation can be downloaded at
