The 2010 IEEE Silicon Nanoelectronics Workshop (SNW) will be held June 13-14, 2010 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu, Hawaii.

This workshop is a satellite conference of the 2010 IEEE Symposium on VLSI Technology and is sponsored by the IEEE Electron Device Society.

This is the 15th workshop in the annual series. The workshop alternates between Honolulu and Kyoto as the VLSI Symposium moves between sites.

Program chair of this year’s workshop is Tsu-Jae King Liu of UC Berkeley. General chair is Stephen Goodnick of Arizona State University.
